We started at Sonora pass (9600 ft elevation) on Thursday morning and hiked into Wolf Creek Lake (10,000ft elevation). Friday Morning we left about 9:00 and started down White Canyon. We followed the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) for a few hours, and then we broke off and followed a trail that hadn't been kept up for about 20 years. We followed trail blazes that had been etched into trees and had beautiful scenic mountains that shot up around us on both sides. We had to cross a few streams.
