We celebrated Devin's b-day Christmas day because Sariah and Steven had to leave early the next morning. It was kind of emotional for me-imagine being pregnant, celebrating Christmas with the whole family and your first child's first birthday, all the same day. No wonder it was challenging!
We enjoyed spending time with family for Christmas. In our "Christmas in the Barn" celebration, we acted out the Nativity story and Bryce and I were chosen to be Joseph and Mary. How fitting-we fulfilled both rolls-being "great with child" and Devin was the son I "brought forth".
What a fun first Christmas for Devin!! He helped Daddy find and cut down our Christmas Tree and enjoyed the lights and decorations.
