Wasn't General Conference wonderful? We are so blessed to be led by inspired leaders! We had the opportunity to stay with 3 nieces and a nephew (and Shadow, their black Lab) while Aaron & Jenny (my brother and sister in law) went to General Conference. WOW! Practicing parenthood was a big eye opener. There was so much going on all the time!
Shadow did a great job at keeping us entertained. She would throw her ball on the trampoline and wait for it to bounce or be kicked off. Every once in awhile, she would throw it on as someone was coming off. Then she would run under the trampoline and bounce it with her nose trying to get it back. Finally, she would give up and jump on the trampoline and get it herself.

This past week was also my first week back to school. It was nice to go back feeling more relaxed and prepared. It was exciting to see my students again. Here we go for the next three months!
